Refund policy

We have a 1-day - no questions asked - cancellation policy, which means you have 1 day after contributing to request a cancellation under any conditions. HOWEVER, if we have not yet ordered the items your contributed towards, or if the order can be cancelled, we will consider a refund to you on a case-by case basis. 

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at lodhurhavskjold@gmail.com. As long as we get the email within 1 day of your contribution, we'll try & cancel it & return your money, minus associated fees from Shopify and shipping companies, if any. If we have not yet ordered the items your contributed towards, or if the order can be cancelled, we will also try & cancel it & return your money, minus associated fees from Shopify and shipping companies, if any.

CHARGEBACKS: A chargeback is when a donor requests a refund, not from the store owner, but from the credit card company through which the money was sent. Credit card companies charge EXTRA FEES, up to hundreds of dollars pre transaction, to the store owner when a chargeback occurs.

Your contribution on this site is a donation to Ukraine, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. While chargebacks may be technically legal under US financial law, we consider them an act of sabotage during wartime. We reserve the right to turn the information of those conducting such acts over to appropriate authorities in Ukraine, and take additional lawful steps as necessary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
